I received this charm as a gift, it was beautiful and very cute. I love it. The problem, after a month, it broke, the hello kitty dangling part fell off and I returned it to Kay's, they promptly exchanged this with a new one. Then another month went by, and it broke again, this time both parts broke off and I couldn't find them. Kay's was great and offered another new one. I opted for the white Hello Kitty charm instead. I hope if you decide to buy this item, you have better luck than I did.
