I received this on Valentine's Day 2012 - It was a symbol to remind me my angels were close to me. Today - I noticed that my Pink Heart Charm was missing - this is the 3rd time I will have to replace that one - then I started inspecting the rest of the charms...My crystals have fallen out of this one.
I won't be buying anymore - this is literally the 5th trip I've had to make back to the store.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I got these as a "step"mother's day gift from my girls and I love them. I wear them everyday in the 2nd hole on my earlobe. They are much prettier and have a really pretty side detail - you can't see this from this picture or how thick they actually are. The only issue I had with them right away was the backs - they do not stay on. I fixed this with simply using clear rubber backs on them which I prefer anyway. They stay on easily now.

I received this as a gift for Valentine's Day and it is a stunning charm! It really makes my bracelet my own. I had it for a few weeks - when I noticed my WHOLE heart was missing! I was devastated! Kay Jewelers replaced it with no questions asked. My replacement is missing a stone already - I plan on replacing it again since they do it for free. I am just going to keep replacing it until I get one with NO issues. I have the clear one too and have not had any issues with it!
