hubby bought this charm for me on valentines day, visually this is one of the prettiest ive seen..i love open hearts, but after wearing it a few times the hanging bottom part of the heart attaches to objects very easily and is very difficult to get off sometimes! also the crystals in the heart fall out over time very easily, i had to take mine back and thankfully theres a one year warranty that they gave me a new one, other than that i like everything about it :)
No, I do not recommend this product.
