My husband bought me this charm for my birthday. It was BEAUTIFUL and I loved it, however within a month I had to have it replaced twice. First the crystals fell out, then the whole heart came off of the charm! I have other dangling charms and have never had a problem with them. I would not reccommend this one, though Kay's customer service was excellent during this process.
No, I do not recommend this product.
