I received this ring in October 2011. As soon as I received it, it had to be sent in to be sized. I got it back 2 weeks later as promised. I went back in December to get it cleaned because I was walking through the mall anyways. I then figured out that my diamonds were loose and it would have to be repaired. I was so upset because I only had worn it for a month. I got my ring back on Christmas Eve. Now, my diamonds are set crooked and loose again. I would like for Kay’s to give me a new ring because of this but haven’t got around to it. This is inconvenient for me because I don’t normally live near a Kay’s during the school year. Finally, I am upset because I’m engaged and cannot wear my ring because its constantly breaking.
No, I do not recommend this product.
