I got the Charmed Memories bracelet for Christmas 2011 with two Charms...this Horseshoe and the Turtle. The first horseshoe charm lasted almost 2 months, yesterday (Feb 13, 2012) we had to go exchange it for another one because 2 of the stones fell out. 1 day later and the new horseshoe is missing a charm. Seriously? Will try AGAIN. :( Not pleased. But hey, atleast the customer service is good. It looks like we'll be in every few months (or days...) to exchange for another horseshoe charm. -.-
No, I do not recommend this product.
