I have only worn this 4 times and the crystals are already falling out. This is one of 5 charms that I have with crystals and both of the charms with the red crystals have lost stones. The green and purple ones have not so maybe it's just the red ones that are made poorly.
No, I do not recommend this product.

I really like this charm but the first one I got broke the first week I wore it. I took it back and it was replaced without any problems. The new one I have had about 2 weeks and 3 crystals have already fallen out. I will be taking this one back also but I do not want to try my luck with a 3rd one.
