I am so upset that I did not read the reviews before purchasing this Hello Kitty charm. I have had my Hello Kitty charm for about a month and lost the Hello Kitty face off this charm. I am so upset about this. I want to take it back and see what can be done. This Hello Kitty charm retails for 79.99 it should be a better quality charm. I will still be getting more charms but buyer beware with this one.
No, I do not recommend this product.
