To start let me say this is not someting I usually do, but I couldn't imagine not saying anything and someone else having the same problem.
I wear my Charmed Memories all the time it never comes off my wrist! Love it but this charm wasn't right for me, sadly it came apart.
The outer swirls of color chipped then completely broke in half, the metal rigs on the side are still attached to the broken glass and the bead it self is solid white, the colors seem to be just painted on ?!? I would never have thought this at all! My understanding was that it was one piece of glass, not a white glass bead, made to look like swirled glass by painting the top with colored glass.........
VERY DISATISIFIED with this piece :o(
