I purchased this ring before it hit the stores of Kay Jeweler in Maryland. I have had this ring and wear it everyday since my proposal August 2011. I have had no problems with it. No stones lost and I take very good care of it. I get my stones checked when needed and a cleaning once or twice a month. When you purchase a ring at a value of $5000.00 you treat it as if it cost $10,000.00. You don't wear it in the shower or when you clean or doing rough things with your hands. If you are a person capable of handling a exquisite ring like this one of a maker who use to only made rings for the Celebrities then it's a very good buy as well as a very beautiful ring. This ring sparkles like no other and everywhere I go even to other jewelers they always say where you get that ring, its beautiful.
