Its a very simple bead, but ellegant. The silver sparkles definitely makes the bead. My bracelet was a gift for christmas and my birthday..my friend started off my bracelet with the black/white/silver color combination and I wanted to continue with that color scheme. This bead fits perfectly with my other beads since they have silver sparkles as well. The girls at my local kays are very nice,helpful, and patient as i tried on several beads to see which ones i lliked best.
Only suggestion i have is when choosing a glass bead look at every one they have for the bead you want. Not all of them look exactly the same and sometimes their shape is different too with imperfections.
