This is beautiful and seems pretty well made however it was a bit beat up looking when it got here. After cleaning it with my jewlery cleaner it improved very much. It does twist around.

It doesn't look like this in person. It is poorly made. I plan on returning it. I bought this and several other items for Christmas gifts and i'm glad I have time to find a replacement because I wouldn't give this to anyone.
